Agreement
Pizza Corner ("the game") is published by Alterfoundry, an independent developer ("we"). By installing or using the game you agree to these terms and to its privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game. If you are under the age at which you can accept these terms where you live, you need the consent of a parent or guardian.
Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the game on your devices for non-commercial entertainment. All rights in the game, including its art, sound, code and text, stay with their owners.
What you may not do
You may not modify, hack or decompile the game, except where the law allows it, use cheats or bots, fake purchases or ad views, or exploit bugs to obtain in-game items.
In-game items
Crystals, coins, upgrades and other in-game items are part of your licence. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, goods or services outside the game and cannot be transferred. We may change prices, bundles and what items can be used for.
Progress and items on your device
Your progress and in-game items, including items you bought, are stored on your device. If you delete the game, clear its data or change devices, they may be lost and we may not be able to restore them. If this happens after a purchase, write to us with your order number and we will try to help.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are made through your app store and are also governed by its terms. You request refunds through your app store under its rules and the law of your country. Purchased items are digital content supplied immediately after purchase.
Ads
The game offers optional reward videos. A reward depends on the ad being shown and completed, and the number of videos may be limited. Ads come from third parties, and we limit them to content suited to the game's age rating.
Availability and changes
The game is provided "as is". We may update or rebalance it, add or remove features, or end support for it, with notice where reasonably possible. Purchases, reward videos and some features need an internet connection.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for in-game purchases in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be limited under the law of your country.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, this page is updated with a new date. We announce material changes in the game or in the update notes.
